I recently cvsupped from 2.1.7 to 2.2-stable (RELENG_2_2). Doing a
"make world" fails when installing the games.

It's trying to install files into /usr/share/games/* but there's no
/usr/share/games directories; it isn't created by the install
process.

Individual games want their own subdirectories but don't create them:

	atc, boggle, fortune, larn, quiz.db

All these dirs need to be created by the build/install process.
