Dear:
I have a software package which needs to have its FORTRAN and C programs to
be compiled. For the C compilation it did not give any errors, but for the
F77 part I got some messages like:

Package/rayinvr/main.f:401:
........(this is just for abbreviation)
........
........
555 ....format .....f7.2
                    ^
and it mentions the (f) in f7.2 as not supported???!!!!!!
this package has been compiled in UNIX and Solaris 8 without such errors?!
Do you have any idea about the source of this problem?and how to solve
it????!!!
I need your reply urgently
Thanks,
Ismail Fathi
