NetBSD has a almost usable sparc64 port, since their license is compat with our license i can rip a lot of code as long as i give proper credit.  I donot think i have the skill to start from scratch.

No doubt :) if anyone has anything online about the sparc chips/bus/peripherals I'd love to get a URL to it.
