Hi,

Can you re-fetch the latest DWC OTG files *.[ch] after this commit:

http://svnweb.freebsd.org/base?view=revision&revision=267120

Apply your (void *)(long) cast for the bus methods and try again. Any 
change?

Sorry that I broke stuff in my commits. The matter is that the 
microtiming in the USB TT is quite hard.
