After jp-vfghostscript-5.01 (submitted as ports/4373), jp-vfghostscript-4.03
is not necessary any more.  jp-gs5.01 is completely upper compatible
to jp-gs4.03.  It's better to withdraw this port to save our HDDs and CDROMs.

Note jp-vfghostscript-2.6.2 should be kept for a while because:

1. gs2.6.2 is of GNU project, not Aladdin.
2. Some incompatibility is reported for japanese printer driver.
