You'll need to give us lots more information before we can begin
to help.

1] What kind of mouse is it?
2] What have you done so far?
3] How is it "not working"?
4] Is it hooked up through a KVM (Keyboard/Video/Mouse) switch?
5] Have you tried to set it up using /stand/sysinstall, and selecting
Configuration and then Mouse?
