I.e. imagine mixed Ukrainian/Russian text: what is right word from Russian point of view can be incorrect word from Ukrainiain one. Unicode can't provide differences here because it use the same Cyrillic codes for Russian/Ukrainian/etc. It means that each symbol must have language tag additionly. -- Andrey A.
