(nbm@rucus) /usr/ports> make search key="binary editor"
Port:   beav-1.40.11
Path:   /usr/ports/editors/beav
Info:   Binary Editor And Viewer, a full featured binary file editor.
Maint:  ports@FreeBSD.ORG
Index:  editors

So, either grab the package or install the port.
