We are preparing our system to mirror > the ports, sources, and www. i'm not aware of any official document about mirroring at this point. the best short summary i can come up with. o to get a new country domain allocated, make sure you configure your nameservers appropriately and then send your details to: hostmaster@freebsd.org this assumes that there is no existing domain delegated and that you are in a position to run a nameserver for that country's delegation. o to mirror the ftp archive, i'd advise you to look for the closest tier-1 or tier-2 mirror and update from them. this might be as easy as contacting one of the ftp.X.freebsd.org sites (ftp/ftp2/ftp3/ftp4/ftp10 seem to be quite active/responsive) o to mirror the web site and cvsup site, some documentation exists and you will need to setup cvsup - and again talk to one of the other cvsup mirror sites cheers, -jason To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-hubs" in the body of the message
