I try to use FreeBSD 5.3-RC1 or 4.10 at my PC there is installed DLink DFE580-TX Quad FastEthernet NIC. I try different kernel configuration with/without acpi, SMP nut result is same - I can see only first of FE interface on DLink card. p.s. I can grant access to this one host or make any paches of kernel which can help. Below pciconf and dmesg output. tt# pciconf -l -v agp0@pci0:0:0: class=0x060000 card=0x40041695 chip=0x25708086 rev=0x02 hdr=0x00 vendor = 'Intel Corporation' device = '82865G/PE/P, 82848P DRAM Controller / Host-Hub Interface' class = bridge subclass = HOST-PCI pcib1@pci0:1:0: class=0x060400 card=0x00000000 chip=0x25718086 rev=0x02 hdr=0x01 vendor = 'Intel Corporation' device = '82865G/PE/P, 82848P PCI-to-AGP Bridge' class = bridge subclass = PCI-PCI pcib2@pci0:30:0: class=0x060400 card=0x00000000 chip=0x244e8086 rev=0xc2 hdr=0x01 vendor = 'Intel Corporation' device = '82801BA/CA/DB/DBL/EB/ER (ICH2/3/4/4-L/5/5R), 6300ESB Hub Interface to PCI Bridge' class = bridge subclass = PCI-PCI isab0@pci0:31:0: class=0x060100 card=0x00000000 chip=0x24d08086 rev=0x02 hdr=0x00 vendor = 'Intel Corporation' device = '82801EB/ER (ICH5/ICH5R) LPC Interface Bridge' class = bridge subclass = PCI-ISA atapci0@pci0:31:2: class=0x01018a card=0x40041695 chip=0x24d18086 rev=0x02 hdr=0x00 vendor = 'Intel Corporation' device = '82801EB (ICH5) SATA Controller' class = mass storage subclass = ATA none0@pci0:31:3: class=0x0c0500 card=0x40041695 chip=0x24d38086 rev=0x02 hdr=0x00 vendor = 'Intel Corporation' device = '82801EB/ER (ICH5/ICH5R) SMBus Controller' class = serial bus subclass = SMBus none1@pci1:0:0: class=0x030000 card=0x00000000 chip=0x018110de rev=0xc1 hdr=0x00 vendor = 'NVIDIA Corporation' device = 'GeForce4 MX 440 with AGP 8X [NV18.2]' class = display subclass = VGA pcib3@pci2:3:0: class=0x060400 card=0x000000dc chip=0xb1528086 rev=0x00 hdr=0x01 vendor = 'Intel Corporation' device = 'S21152BB PCI to PCI Bridge' class = bridge subclass = PCI-PCI rl0@pci2:5:0: class=0x020000 card=0x90011695 chip=0x813910ec rev=0x10 hdr=0x00 vendor = 'Realtek Semiconductor' device = 'RT8139 (A/B/C/810x/813x/C+) Fast Ethernet Adapter' class = network subclass = ethernet ste0@pci3:4:0: class=0x020000 card=0x10121186 chip=0x10021186 rev=0x14 hdr=0x00 vendor = 'D-Link System Inc' device = 'DFE-550TX/580TX Fast Ethernet Adapter' class = network subclass = ethernet ste1@pci3:5:0: class=0x020000 card=0x10121186 chip=0x10021186 rev=0x14 hdr=0x00 vendor = 'D-Link System Inc' device = 'DFE-550TX/580TX Fast Ethernet Adapter' class = network subclass = ethernet ste2@pci3:6:0: class=0x020000 card=0x10121186 chip=0x10021186 rev=0x14 hdr=0x00 vendor = 'D-Link System Inc' device = 'DFE-550TX/580TX Fast Ethernet Adapter' class = network subclass = ethernet ste3@pci3:7:0: class=0x020000 card=0x10121186 chip=0x10021186 rev=0x14 hdr=0x00 vendor = 'D-Link System Inc' device = 'DFE-550TX/580TX Fast Ethernet Adapter' class = network subclass = ethernet and heare dmesg Copyright (c) 1992-2004 The FreeBSD Project.
