Mike,

Thanks for doing this, I had it in my MFC queue with re@, but I'm glad
for one less thing to worry about. :) One question though, in
rc.d/kerberos you MFC'ed the removal of command_args=, but not the
kerberos5_flags="${kerberos5_server_flags}" bit. Was that intentional?
