Hi -- 

Ive been unable to setup my printer correctly (HP LaserJet 4L) as the
only thing that comes out are blank pages.  What am I doing wrong?  My
printcap entry is:

lp|HP LaserJet 4L:\
        :lp=/dev/lpt0:\
        :sd=/var/spool/output/lpd:\
        :mx#0:\
        :lf=/var/log/lpd-errs:\
        :sh=true:
