Most likely is that your bsd.port.mk is outdated. You can check its
version at the very top of the ports/Mk/bsd.ports.mk (1.424 is the
latest), if yours is different then considering updating. In general
you need to update bsd.port.mk along with the rest of the ports
collection, because they are supposed to be in sync.
