>Description:
Installing port

devel/websvn

requires and installs port

converters/php5-iconv

which requires

converters/libiconv.

The latter port conflicts with port

 devel/glib20

which fails to build/install due to the presence of converters/libiconv and a resulting conflict.
>How-To-Repeat:
Install converters/php5-iconv, then try to install or rebuild devel/glib20 on 10.0-STABLE and/or 11.0-CURRENT with iconv built in libc.
