Only official mirrors which provide public cvsup services will sync from 
the master.

Yes, this is the correct way to do this, if you're building a 'local 
private' cvsup mirror.

No account needed, just point /usr/local/etc/cvsup/config.sh to a public 
cvsup mirror.
