FreeBSD uses the Xfree86 X servers. You can check the list
of supported hardware at http://www.xfree86.org.

There are also commercial X servers for FeeBSD such as
AcceleratedX  http://www.xig.com/

And yes both these X servers support a variety
of AGP cards.
