non commercial usage should be no problem.

If you want to be sure, you can contact the copyright holders.
For the BSD daemon in general, that is Kirk McKusick.

The special rendition of the BSD daemon you want to use has
been crafted by Tatsumi Hosokawa.

Who actually created these two logos from Tatsumi's images I don't know.
