Well, we already have that gadget... We built custom PRI cards, we can
dynamically open/close B-channels, now all we need is a way to convert the
synchronous
communication (PPP) coming in on these channels to asynchronous/serial
to feed to our multiport cards. We've been searching all over for the way to
do it,
but to no avail...

And... Thats about it ;)
