Another security problem:
	named/db_lookup.c should get the hash fix from BIND 4.9.4-P1
	since the version in the tree has the hash aliasing bug.

I'm not in a good position to test this since none of our FreeBSD boxes
are currently running BIND, and in any case I've pulled 4.9.5-BETAsomething
into my local tree.
