I said, in other words, "We should not FORCE a port creator to include
${.CURDIR}/../Makefile.inc BY HAND."  That is not something that just
"occurs" or "happens".  One would have to do it manually.  I called
that kind of defacto rules "bad".


By the way, I think exchanging our words hardly seem to fruit anything
meaningful, so I'd like to put an end now.
