By the way, I noticed there are quite a few font files.  Do you mind
if I specify "DIST_SUBDIR=zh-fonts" or something and move the
distfiles there?

This is mostly to make it easy for Jordan (or whoever) to delete those 
distfiles for CDROMs.  Since no compilation is done anyway, it's not
really essential to have both the distfiles and packages on the CDs.
