I just did my last 0.45.4 upgrade.  I was so smooth that I wish I had 
another one to do ;)

Thanks again for such a great job.  I hope this can be committed 
shortly.  Now I'm going to upgrade my 0.49 manually compiled courier 
mail servers, with fam.
