Is there any reason this is under ports/korean/ rather than ports/net/
other than the fact the developer is Korean?

The help (^] help) is in English, along with the man page I'm about to
have it install. ztelnet is 8-bit clean, so it can support Korean
language encodings, but I have a feeling it could do Vietnamese and
Chinese also.
