You have  either a /etc/crontab-like  file  (with the  extra user name)  in
/var/cron/crontabs/root or you  put an extra  parameter  on the atrun  line
which means that the user name is taken as a command.

Look into /var/cron/crontabs. If  you have a file  named root, "rm" it. The
root crontab is only in /etc/crontab.
