The canonical test is glxgears, and this is what I get after letting it
run a bit:

1866 frames in 5.0 seconds = 373.200 FPS
1914 frames in 5.0 seconds = 382.800 FPS
1912 frames in 5.0 seconds = 382.400 FPS
1895 frames in 5.0 seconds = 379.000 FPS

This is a 500MHz PII Dell crappy thing; there are machines in the office
here that roast mine.
