Trying to boot from a CD: Bootstrap code read in (356 blocks from DKA500.5.0.0.1) Get to the message: Booting [kernel]... After a very long wait (several minutes): failed to send Read to dka500.5.0.1.1 device dka500.5.0.1.1 no longer valid (the above message repeated several times) Apropos another message I just read: I think I have a QLogic controller.
