No, you don't need to do anything special about this.  The only thing
you might want to do (at your convenience) would be to remove the
src-crypto-rsa collection from your supfile if you added it before.
But that's not urgent.  It's not a fatal error if a collection is
missing.  The offending collection will simply be skipped during your
updates.
