That's the way I meant it to be parsed; sorry for being slightly
ambiguous.

Thanks.  One slight issue that I have with the current build now is that
there is no make dependency on the glossary file, so editing the
freebsd-glossary.sgml file and rerunning make in books/handbook doesn't
cause a rebuild.  It would be nice to fix this, but I'm not sure of the
best way.
