 It happened again with a CVSup from yesterday (Jan 11, 2005).  The same
 message right before the crash:
 
 ad0: TIMEOUT - WRITE_DMA retrying (2 retries left) LBA=5336671
 ad0: FAILURE - WRITE_DMA timed out
 
 Is this indicative of hardware problems?  Hard drive or controller?
