  Added files:
    cvsup/sup/cvsroot-all list.cvs releases
    cvsup/sup/cvsroot-common list.cvs releases
    cvsup/sup/cvsroot-doc list.cvs releases
    cvsup/sup/cvsroot-ports list.cvs releases
    cvsup/sup/cvsroot-projects list.cvs releases
    cvsup/sup/cvsroot-src list.cvs releases
  Log:
Add some cvsup collections for better handling of CVSROOT*. Folks using
src-all, ports-all etc in cvs mode (vs checkout mode) may want to add
  cvsroot-all to their list.
