I have FreeBSD 3.4 >and my NIC is Intel Etherexpress Pro/100+ B. I did not have any problems They are both good cards. They both will work fine with FreeBSD. It all=20 comes down to price. We personally use the 3Com cards over the Intels, but thats just personal=20 preference.
