what is the best way to say:

route add -net 192.168.1 [IP assigned to "Joe"]

for user "Joe" when he connects?

i want user "Joe" to have a network route on the
gateway when he connects. i can think of many ways,
but they all seem like a kludge, and i'm sure there
is is simple command that i can put in the right place
to do this ... right? ;)

thanks.
