Hi, I bought HP Elitebook 2570p(B6Q08EA). I checked everything, if it is compatible, before I bought it. Unfortunately, I cannot install 9.1 RELEASE, nor 10.0 CURRENT. I get the following: BTX loader 1.00 BTX version is 1.02 Consoles: internal video/keyboard BIOS drive C: is disk0 BIOS drive D: is disk1 BIOS 631kB/523264kB available memory FreeBSD/x86 bootstrap loader, Revision 1.1 (root@snap.freebsd.org, Mon May 13 00:38:05 UTC 2013) | and the system beeps and freezes. I added hint.acpi.0.disabled="1" to the file /boot/loader.conf with no effect. Please, could you point me how to find out what causes the problem - even the way of debugging?
