  just added the pr for this.

i needed to put inet_6 and tar archive in build_depends, FIRST.

some of the SA 'optional module' stuff is not really important, as many 
of these get installed later.
some of them did need to be installed before it did its make test.

also, i needed to add p5-Test-Harness as a dependency. one of the p5-* 
modules needed it.  I'll put in a seperate pr for that later.

there is also a new patch file in files.

thanks all.  this one was messyier than it used to be.  I will blame SA 
major update instead of my day job getting in the way :

note: this has NOT been tested on 8.0, so might not address the make 
rmconfig issue. which I don't know what that would be.
