  Modified files: (Branch: RELENG_3)
    sys/pci pci_compat.c pcisupport.c pcivar.h
  Log:
Allow a specific driver to wrest control of a device from
the generic "chipset" driver if it knows more about it than the generic
driver does. Not an MFC because doug and co are doing it differently
  in the new-bus world.
