for hardware teletext decoding using the SAA5246, just the I2C patches
that already went in are ok (btw did you remember to move them to the
tuner section ?).

for software-based teletext decoding, it's a old project and i doubt
it's very useful -- in any case i don't have time now to test and
generate a decent set of patches. All what was needed was a modified
video format to capture the VBI lines and not the video lines. Maybe we
want to provide some ioctl() for doing it in a flexible way, but it's
not the kind of thing that should be done in a hurry.
