I just put together a new/old 486 machine this weekend. I have several
other 496's, but this one is several orders of magnitude slower :-(

Looking at top, it appears to be spending an inordintae amount of time
in interupts. I am thinking I may have an IRQ conflict.

Is ther any way to determine what IRQ's are in use, and or being
	generated?
