One more note, since I realized that people probably think they have
an extra day, on the dates.  I have to do this on the 15th, not the
16th, due to constraints on booking time at the CD replication house.
Either I get it to them on the 15th or we get to wait an entire extra
week for CDs to come back and that doesn't seem to be a very good
trade-off, so the 15th it is.  Please update your calendars. ;)
