It shows that you have out-of-date data in the remains of the old-style
/var/db/pkg that pkg2ng leaves in place.

Please execute the following command to clean up /var/db/pkg and leave
just the database that pkg(8) uses:

   # find /var/db/pkg -mindepth 1 -type d -print0 | xargs -0 rm -rf
