Nope, the ruby-uri port has been pulled and is no longer used. If you
cvsup, portsdb -Uu, delete the dependency of portupgrade on it and
re-build portupgrade (portupgrade -Rr portupgrade), you can simply
pkg_delete ruby-uri-\*.
