It would be better if you will redesign your script to take QMAIL_DIR as an
argument. BTW, QMAIL_DIR definition could moved down (variables ordering is
unimportant for make(1)).

Is configure script based on GNU autoconf? If so, please replace HAS_CONFIGURE
with GNU_CONFIGURE.
