It would be nice if all USES+=gmake ports could use NLS-less gmake(1) by
default (and thus reduced dependency chain).

How about making `devel/gmake' NLS disabled by default, and allow individual
users to enable it if they want localized messages?  Then we don't need the
-lite port any more which is also a plus. :-)
