>Environment:

	Use NCD AUDIO(nas) with emiclock.

>Description:

Add a switch "USE_NAS" and fix emiclock's nas-1.2.5 support bug.

>How-To-Repeat:

Running a emiclock without host which is separate X and nas-1.2.5.
For example. If Host-A execute a server process for nas-1.2.5, And host-C
execut X server. At that time, EmiClock is running on Host-B, So EmiClock
can not find nas-1.2.5 server. Because emiclock think, nas-1.2.5 and X
are running on same host. But real is not.

+- Host-A --+ + Host-C --+
| nas-1.2.5 | | X server |
+---------+-+ +--+-------+
          | |
          | |
        +- Host-B -+
        | EmiClock |
        +----------+

This archive include two files, Makefile.diff and newFiles.diff.
