Don't send mail to -hackers and -questions.  If it goes to -questions,
then it seldom goes anywhere else.  

Followups should go to either -questions or -hackers, depending on
content.

Your system probably ran out of memory.  When that happens, things don't
have enough memory to function and then when they try to log they don't
have enough memory to log properly.
