Poudriere bulk is giving a number of odd build errors.

* audio/libsamplerate continually needs to be built by hand (directly on the
host). Is there a way around this?
* Several ports exit with: Ignored: cannot install: Unknown component
_glib20 (I suppose this is a ports-merge error?)
