You don't. The FFS used in FreeBSD avoids fragmentation by allocating 
space for files in groups. The fragmentation figure you see when the 
machine boots up is something completly different. It is the number of 
fragments of files that are less than the allocation unit (what DOS calls 
cluster) and are allocated just part of such a unit (that's a fragment in
