Have you tried a ifconfig fxp0 down; ifconfig fxp0 up or similar?

If this is indeed an fxp card, I've seen this problem randomly for a few
years.  I've replaced fxp cards, and have the same fxp cards on identical
motherboards without problems...but just the (reasonably rare) random case
where this happens every few (20-24ish?) hours.  ifconfig up/down always
brings it back.

I switch to xl's on the boxes that have these problems, but I've seen it
at least from 4.3 to 4.7....I don't have any currently available that have
had this problem, though.
