Yes.

The parallel version isn't supported by default, I think there's a driver
you can pick up somewhere, though -- search the mailing list for the URL
if you want to.  But the SCSI version is faster anyway, and it's supported
as a SCSI disk like any other. 

FreeBSD's SCSI support is in general excellent, from what I've heard and
what I've experienced first-hand.
