If memory serves, another way to look at it might be to check your Front 
Side Bus speed. If this is Socket 604 I believe FSB speeds of 533MHz were 
not 64 bit CPUs. I seem to recall that 64 bit support did not start until 
the 800MHz FSB processors came out.
