It looks like recent hauppauge cards are doing something different
with the audio which we have not worked out yet. :-(

No one has written any code for the DBX and MSP chips. The overrides
are a red herring.
The Linux bttv driver has MSP3400 code in it. Perhaps someone could
use it to improve the FreeBSD driver?

In that case, I am stuck. Hauppauge must have done something
totally different on the new cards.

I'll look over yout Win95 and fxtv dumps. Thanks for those.
